New clients should contact our offices at (858) 451-9390. After setting up an initial consultation with our staff, we ask our clients to either complete an intake form ahead of time or come into the office twenty minutes ahead of their booked appointment in order to fill out the form.
For mediation, both parties should fill out their own form: Initial Interview Information - Mediation.
All non-mediation clients should fill out this form: Initial Interview Information - Non-Mediation. |

Our offices will require several documents from new clients in order to fully evaluate their cases. The types of documents that will be needed and evaluated by the attorney can be found on our Divorce Document Checklist.
Our offices will also require a fee agreement to be signed after the initial consultation for further legal services. While there are several types of non-mediation fee agreements, here is one example. This is our non-mediation Attorney Client Fee Agreement. Clients that are interested in ongoing consultation services on a limited scope basis will have a fee agreement similar to this Ongoing Consultation Attorney Client Fee Agreement. Finally, mediation clients will both be required to sign an agreement similar to this Divorce Mediation Agreement.
